The Brother - A Family Tradition
The Brother, or Sylas as we like to call him, is the youngest of three children owners Ashton and Joel Sanchez have blended into their beautiful family. He’s also the inspiration behind a new and exciting Italian inspired restaurant in South Tampa.
The Brother (our daughters nickname for Sylas) features fresh pasta and gnocchi made in-house daily, scratch made sauces, wood fired pizza, and entrees steeped in tradition with a personal touch that only comes from a family owned and operated establishment. The Brother also features a full-service bar featuring signature cocktails, an exceptional wine list, local craft beer, and one of South Tampa's best Happy Hours, featuring two-for-one house wine and draft beer, discounted cocktails, and a menu of small plates meant to be enjoyed with friends!
